Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962, is an American actress from America. Sheedy first made an appearance as an actress in Bad Boys in 1983. In the years since, she's appeared on WarGames as of 1985. Then, she appeared on The Breakfast Club in 1986 and Short Circuit in 1986. Sheedy received the Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy, an American writer and actor. At the beginning of the 80s, she started her career in film with the crime thriller Bad Boys. She was highly acclaimed for the film. The film was written and directed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other popular actors such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. She appeared in The Breakfast Club in 1985, a comedy drama following her initial fame. The movie was directed by John Hughes is considered one of the greatest films made by high school students ever made. The film cost just $1,000,000, but the film made in excess of $50 million. In the meantime she started appearing on various TV shows, including CBS Schoolbreak. It was her first TV appearance. It was a program designed for teens and aired beginning in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues were some other shows on television that featured her in. Recent appearances include Little Sister, a film about a super hero where Sheedy is an appearance in a minor role. Sheedy for her amazing performances has received numerous awards, one of which was the MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in 2005.
